After a few years of closure, The Five Bells Community Pub is proud to reopen its doors as a community-run pub. Located in the heart of Clyst Hydon, our beloved pub has been revived by the collective efforts of local residents, bringing back a cherished gathering place that has served the community for over a century.

We source our snacks and drinks from local suppliers whenever possible, ensuring that our operations benefit the local economy and environment. Initially we will NOT be serving food, we will aim to have as many local food vans as possible to serve you up some delicious grub! Charity Clothes Swap
Join us for our Charity Clothes swap (and a drink!). Bring up to 10 items (ladies clothes, shoes and accessories), exchange them for a voucher, then “spend” your vouchers on other items.
Acoustic Jam Night
All abilities and instruments welcome – come along and join in for a relaxed jam session or just along come and listen with a drink!
LIVE Music “Strum & Drummer” and Xmas Light Switch on!
We’ll we switching on our Christmas Lights and kicking off the festive season in style with some Christmas bangers, Saturday 30th November at 7.30pm.
